Description Tiagabine hydrochloride is a hydrochloride resulting from the reaction of equimolar amounts of tiagabine and hydrogen chloride. A GABA reuptake inhibitor, it is used for the treatment of epilepsy. It has a role as an anticonvulsant and a GABA reuptake inhibitor.
