We can also add another fluorescence channel to confirm the target. In addition, the counterstaining fluorescence signal can be used to distinguish and exclude extracellular impurities.

Current flow cytometry and real-time PCR methods lack the sensitivity needed to detect rare cells. Our rare cell analyzers and selectors are equipped with multi-parameter imaging and analysis tools, which enable customers:

  • Improve the quality of preclinical and clinical data by improving the quantification and visualization of rare cells. Detect sensitivity down to 2 cells with up to 90% recovery.
